We open on a selection of weekends between April and November (normally these include Bank Holiday weekends) and three weeks during the Spring/Summer Bank Holidays as shown in the calendar below.
Admission for events with a brown background is charged at our Standard rate; ones with a red background are Premium events and charged at higher prices.
Details of our 2027 open days are provisional so although the dates we will be open are unlikely to change, any special themes may be subject to alteration – so please keep checking back!
We can open for private visits on other dates if arranged in advance – there is a minimum charge for this. If you’d like to know more, check this page.

What's happening: We'll have all our usual attractions plus (Saturday only) the East Yorkshire Thoroughbred Car Club will be giving a display of classic cars. Getting to the Museum: (Saturday only) we are running free buses to and from Thorne to connect with First South Yorkshire service 387; further details can be found here.
